Durkee is a brand of spices, marinades, and powdered sauce mixes in the U.S. It is owned by B&G Foods. Durkee Famous Foods was established by Eugene R. Durkee in 1851. The company has a major production facility in Ankeny, Iowa. There was also a large Durkee factory in Elmhurst, Queens, New York.
Durkee products information are misleading which leads to disappointment, LadyShopper shared a review at amazon.com
"I bought this thinking it really was liquid garlic. Boy, was I fooled! It is garlic-flavored oil. And the oil is BAD-for-us. It is made of cottonseed. I am so disappointed. I really wanted just plain ole liquid garlic!"
